No license fee or renewal fee shall be charged as per rules 9 and 10 for radio devices used by the following associations, institutes, agencies, commissions or offices:-

(a) Nepal Government ministries, departments, offices, projects, etc.
(b) Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Communications has published a notice in the Nepal Gazette and specified that no license fee and renewal fee shall be charged in accordance with this regulation.
